Most food processors use artichokes which have been stored in brine, but these Seggiano artichokes are preserved in extra virgin olive oil fresh at harvest time, so they have real flavour and texture!

This recipe is made in southern Tuscany, in the traditional way. Marinated in fresh Italian herbs, these artichokes are so authentic that they’ll really take your dishes to the next level.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep the artichokes covered in oil, refrigerate and eat within one month.
