Full of fibre, all essential amino acids, Omega-3 DHA & EPA fatty acids, and B vitamins, this delicious, umami filet has optimised nutrients perfect for active lifestyles – it is highly bioavailable, meaning it is better absorbed than proteins from meat sources!

Marinated and ready to cook, it can be done in a frying pan, oven, or airfryer – see below for tips!
