Storage

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
Oil separation naturally occurs and a white bloom layer is normal.
In cold atmospheres, the coconut may set and make the product stiff. Simply place jar in a bowl of hot water for 3 minutes and it will restore to a spreadable consistency.
