The desired taste and texture is achieved by blending with a unique mix of cashew, pistachio and pine nuts, plus a touch of beneficial spirulina! And thatâs not where the quality ends, because DâAndrè adds a sprinkle of gourmet Maldon salt â particularly special due to its thick crystals and slower melting time on the palate which equates to a longer interaction time with the food and enhanced flavours.
